Executive Director, GreenLight Baltimore

GreenLight is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative leader to lead GreenLight Baltimore forward. Reporting to a VP of Site Success, the Executive Director will engage locally with the community to bring proven nonprofits to Baltimore that create meaningful community impact as well as provide strategic support to GreenLight Baltimore portfolio organizations.

Manager of Development Support Services (Multiple Sites)

GreenLight Fund is looking for a motivated Manager of Development Support Services to offer practical assistance in areas like strategy development, investor relations, grants management, and other related tasks. This role will report to the Vice President of Development and Expansion, working closely with the GreenLight national network.

Program Associate, GreenLight Boston

GreenLight Boston seeks an independent, highly organized, and community-focused Program Associate with a passion for equity and serving children and families in the Greater Boston area. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of GreenLight Boston, and work collaboratively with a local team as well as a national network of sites with duties in program, operations, and development.

The Margaret Hall Fellowship for Social Impact

The Fellowship is in honor of Margaret Hall, GreenLight Fund’s Co-founder and founding CEO, and was established in December 2023. It offers individuals interested in social impact the opportunity to spend a summer or semester learning and contributing alongside GreenLight teams in an environment that exemplifies some of Margaret Hall’s principles and characteristics: perseverance, humility, orientation towards learning and a commitment to equity and justice.
