We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative Executive Director to lead GreenLight Philadelphia forward. The results-oriented and inspiring leader will partner with the community to deliver a growing portfolio of high-performing nonprofits and engage individuals, funders, and companies to create meaningful community impact.

Program Manager, GreenLight Miami

We seek an independent, highly organized, and community-focused Program Manager with a passion for equity and serving children and families in Miami. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Miami, and work collaboratively with a local team as well as a national network of sites.

Coordinator, GreenLight Miami

We seek an independent and highly organized Coordinator with a passion for serving children and families in Miami. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Miami, and work collaboratively across a growing local team as well as the GreenLight Fund national network of sites.

Coordinator, GreenLight Detroit

GreenLight Fund Detroit seeks a self-motivated and highly organized Coordinator dedicated to achieving operational excellence and passionate about serving the children and families in the Detroit community. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Detroit, and work collaboratively across a growing local team as well as the GreenLight Fund national network of sites.

The Margaret Hall Fellowship for Social Impact

The Fellowship is in honor of Margaret Hall, GreenLight Fund’s Co-founder and founding CEO, and was established in December 2023. It offers individuals interested in social impact the opportunity to spend a summer or semester learning and contributing alongside GreenLight teams in an environment that exemplifies some of Margaret Hall’s principles and characteristics: perseverance, humility, orientation towards learning and a commitment to equity and justice.
