Program Manager, GreenLight Baltimore

We seek an independent, highly organized, and community-focused Program Manager with a passion for equity and serving children and families in Baltimore. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Baltimore, and work collaboratively with a local team as well as a national network of sites.

Coordinator, GreenLight Baltimore

We seek an independent and highly organized Coordinator with a passion for serving children and families in Baltimore. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Baltimore, and work collaboratively across a growing local team as well as the GreenLight Fund national network of sites.

Executive Director, GreenLight Dallas

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative Executive Director to lead the launch and establishment of GreenLight Dallas. This entrepreneurial leader will build the GreenLight Dallas Selection Advisory Council and run the diligence and selection process which includes identifying highest priority needs, selecting portfolio organizations and supporting expanding organizations as they launch and grow.

The Margaret Hall Fellowship for Social Impact

The Fellowship is in honor of Margaret Hall, GreenLight Fund’s Co-founder and founding CEO, and was established in December 2023. It offers individuals interested in social impact the opportunity to spend a summer or semester learning and contributing alongside GreenLight teams in an environment that exemplifies some of Margaret Hall’s principles and characteristics: perseverance, humility, orientation towards learning and a commitment to equity and justice.
