Job Coaching Impact: Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) Nov 12, 2024 Detroit Augustine originally joined CEO seeking employment, but with support from job coaches like Nicole, he unlocked even more opportunities for growth and independence. Twitter Facebook LinkedIn Email Augustine joined CEO in January of 2023 after his experience with the carceral system. Initially, his goal for participating was simply to secure employment. But the welcome and support he experienced from job coaches like Nicole quickly made it clear to Augustine that CEO was a place he could trust to help him pursue some of his additional aspirations. And he continued his participation beyond securing employment because he could feel the genuine difference that CEO was making for him. Augustine currently holds a full-time position in maintenance. And with Nicole’s guidance, he has significantly enhanced his communication, and interviewing skills. Augustine has saved up for his first car and explored options for moving out of transitional housing.
