Lonnie Jennings

Lonnie D. Jennings is a Cincinnati native and lover of their community. In their free time, Lonnie can be found volunteering with community groups and attending local events. In addition to their service work, Lonnie has a passion for reading, cooking, and traveling. 

Lonnie received a B.A. in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Cincinnati in 2021 and dedicated their educational pursuits towards empowering underrepresented communities. Since then, Lonnie has continued a relationship with the University of Cincinnati as a core team member for the Center for Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation. In this role, Lonnie supports programming for events and facilitates Rx Racial Healing Circles to advance the TRHT framework. This role has provided Lonnie with opportunities to serve on Cincinnati’s Regional Coalition Against Hate and present at Cincinnati’s National Day of Racial Healing.
