Inika Vimal

Inika Vimal joined GreenLight Boston as the Program Associate in September of 2024, bringing experience in the nonprofit, healthcare innovation and clinical spaces.

Prior to joining GreenLight, Inika worked at Health Care For All Massachusetts, a consumer advocacy and policy organization, working within their Community Engagement team. During her time there, she distributed state and federal funding to small local nonprofits working to address the health-related needs of low income communities and communities of color. In this role, she gained experience working with various stakeholders across the state who shared her passion for driving community-led change and building a healthier society.

Inika moved to Boston in 2021 to pursue her Masters in Public Health from Boston University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh.

In her free time, she loves trying out new recipes, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies with her AMC A-Lister crew.
