Danielle joined GreenLight Fund Kansas City as Program Associate in 2019 bringing experience in both direct community services and community engagement. She is passionate about improving the economic mobility for communities of color.

During her five years as a Site Coordinator for the Local Investment Commission (LINC), she facilitated internal and external relationships at a Head Start Family resource center, integrating services to improve student learning and support strong families.

Prior to that she interned with Alderman John Arena in Chicago, Illinois, strengthening constituent relationships, and was a sales associate for six years at PNC Bank.

Danielle holds a MS in leadership and policy studies with a concentration in community development and youth financial literacy from DePaul University School of Public Service and a BA in economics from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
