Carrita Thomas Data & Learning Manager National [email protected] Carrita joined GreenLight Fund in June 2022 as Data & Learning Manager on the National Portfolio team. She comes to GreenLight from the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Master’s in Social Policy and worked at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy and the Lipman Family Prize. She is passionate about centering equity in data analysis and learning practices. Previously, Carrita was an Associate at Geneva Global, where she helped foundation clients manage information and report on their impact. Before that, she was a financial analyst in the international group of a major bank. Carrita holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from Dickinson College. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering on voter protection issues, baking bread, learning different languages, and exploring Philadelphia with her husband and dog.
