As deputy CEO—strategic initiatives of Deloitte, Alicia Rose oversees and drives priority initiatives for the US firm, including leadership of Deloitte’s strategy as a purpose-driven enterprise to amplify the collective impact we are making for our people, clients, and our communities. She is also a member of the US Executive Committee and the global lead client service partner for one of our largest multinational financial services company, overseeing all of the services we provide to the organization globally.

 

Prior to becoming deputy CEO, Alicia served in several leadership roles, including the US and Global Clients & Industry Leader and executive committee member of the Risk and Financial Advisory Practice. In her nearly 30 years with Deloitte, Alicia has focused on helping clients, predominantly in the asset management and financial services industry, solve their most complex strategic, operational, and risk related challenges. She is known for empowering and developing client leaders and account teams and supporting our clients’ missions and voices throughout Deloitte. Along her career journey, she has played to many of her strengths and passions, including a deployment to the Czech Republic and London (love of international experiences), served as Women’s Initiative leader, mentor and counselor (love of coaching and development), lead the transformation of the AERS Advisory Quality Risk Management network (love of creating win-win-win situations), and served as dean and facilitator for multiple programs (love of learning and teaching).

 

Alicia lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts with her husband, Joe, and twin sons, Pietro and Patrick. Alicia is a graduate of Smith College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
