We make strategic investments to scale nonprofits into our communities to effectively address community-identified, long-standing economic and racial inequities. This enables evidence-based, innovative programs to scale to where they are needed, open economic mobility opportunities for individuals, children, and families and improve outcomes.

By providing financial support, attracting and mobilizing additional resources from both the private and public sectors and building a strong community of support, we ensure sustainability and measurable change communities want.

Measuring Results Keeps Our Work on Track

Every year, we invest in results-oriented nonprofits that address unmet needs identified by local communities and, each year, our impact increases exponentially as our network of portfolio organizations continues to grow and make measurable progress.

We assess the progress of our portfolio against stated goals to ensure we’re meeting key milestones and benchmarks and then provide ongoing support to stay on track.
