Join us as we celebrate the launch of Compass Working Capital with Philadelphia’s top leaders across the nonprofit sector, corporate executives, entrepreneurs and investors, and city and state government leadership.

GreenLight Fund Philadelphia’s fifth investment, Compass Working Capital, in partnership with Clarifi, applies a unique approach to leverage an underutilized, and decades-old federal initiative, called the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program, by providing financial coaching to reduce debt, improve credit, and help households build savings. Our investment will triple the number of families who access this wealth building program. All donations will directly fund financial coaching for low-income families in subsidized housing.
