The Managing Director, Site Success is responsible for the overall management and support of Executive Directors in identified GreenLight Fund sites, as well as the coordination of site management and reporting on site success across all sites. The Managing Director will manage a minimum of six site Executive Directors and be highly invested in site and site staff success. The Managing Director will also partner with other Executive Director managers and national staff to ensure consistent, scalable support to sites. In addition, they will lead coordination of site management and reporting on site success. A new role for GreenLight Fund, the Managing Director reports to the CEO and serves on the Management Team.

This founding leader will build the GreenLight Denver Selection Advisory Council and run the diligence and selection process which includes a community-driven process to identify priority needs, select organizations to address the needs, fund these organizations to expand to the community, and support them as they launch and grow. In addition, the Executive Director will steward and secure funders and other resources to support GreenLight Denver and its portfolio organizations and engage a wide variety of constituents in this work.

The Executive Director will work with a Selection Advisory Council – that includes private sector entrepreneurs and investors, nonprofit leaders, philanthropic leaders, social entrepreneurs, issue experts, and Cincinnati residents with lived experience navigating poverty – to identify critical needs in Cincinnati and vet, select, fund, and launch the highest-performing national solutions that directly fit the needs of the community. This entrepreneurial leader will also continue to build a strong, diverse coalition to support GreenLight Cincinnati and its portfolio organizations, including building and stewarding relationships with donors.

We are seeking an independent, highly organized, and community focused Coordinator with a passion for equity and addressing economic mobility for historically under-resourced communities to support the work in both the Twin Cities and Kansas City. This position will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Twin Cities, and work collaboratively across the local team in the Twin Cities as well as Kansas City.
