Shaping Young Futures: The Literacy Lab’s Leading Men Fellowship

Jamari Scott joined the Leading Men Fellowship with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young children. As a Fellow, he works daily with pre-K students in Atlanta Public Schools, providing mentorship, literacy support and encouragement during their earliest years of learning. The experience has been transformative both for Jamari and his students. “Every day I walk into the classroom, I see the impact I can make and it motivates me to keep growing as a leader,” he shared. Through the Fellowship, Jamari is building skills while shaping brighter futures for the children he serves.
