“Working with my mentor has helped to build my confidence as a teacher. As a newer teacher, it can be hard to find your footing. So having a mentor helped to reinforce some of my teaching skills and strategies.”
“My mentor helped me problem solve through difficult situations and has given me new ideas on how to most effectively engage students in a difficult time!”
“I have put several of my mentor’s suggestions to use. My students are more engaged in learning. They are more confident in their skills.”
