Bridging the Gap: Hopeworks Oct 5, 2026 Philadelphia Hopeworks participants share how technical training, paid work experience, and career support are helping young adults build skills, gain confidence, and move toward full-time employment. Twitter Facebook LinkedIn Email Since joining the program, Tamaya has learned coding, web design, communication, and public speaking skills. Hopeworks combines that training with paid work experience and career support, helping young adults move toward full-time employment. Graduates go on to entry-level jobs with starting salaries of more than $43,000 a year. Anthony Cole knows that path firsthand. He joined Hopeworks as a trainee in 2023, later landed a job at a tech company, and eventually returned to Hopeworks as a training room lead, where he now supports 20 to 25 trainees. “When you see results, that’s what makes you trust it,” he said. Now, Anthony encourages trainees like Tamaya to stay focused on what comes next. “Always keep the end goal in mind and remember why you came here,” he said. For young adults still figuring out their path, Hopeworks offers the skills, support, and experience to help make that next step possible.
