General Partner

AlleyCorp

Tanya is a General Partner at AlleyCorp, where she invests in early-stage companies at the intersection of workforce, healthcare, and economic mobility. While at AlleyCorp, she founded Nonprofit Engine, an initiative pairing nonprofits seeking to build their AI capabilities with the engineering resources they need to do so. Prior to that, Tanya served as a Senior Program Officer at the Robin Hood Foundation, where she deployed grants and blended capital tools in workforce, housing, and immigrant services. She has also held roles at Blue Marble Microinsurance and IGNIA Partners, applying market-based approaches to financial inclusion across emerging markets, and began her career in economic consulting at NERA.

Recognized by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Hispanic Leader in 2022, Tanya lives in Brooklyn with her husband and three kids. Her arc across venture capital, philanthropy, and startups gives her a rare cross-sector perspective on building durable businesses that move the needle for people who need it most.
