Linda Xiong

Data & Learning Manager

National

Linda joined the GreenLight Fund team in January 2026 as the Data and Learning Manager. Most recently, she served as the Data Strategy and Insights Senior Manager at Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute. Her past experience includes international development, homelessness services, and community development finance. Across these varied settings, she has seen firsthand how interconnected social issues are and how systems change requires collaboration, collective insight, and a willingness to examine both purpose and practice. Before her nonprofit career, she worked in the fashion industry, where she witnessed the human and environmental costs behind the clothes we buy. That experience shaped her commitments to equity and sustainability and continues to inform her approach to data and learning.

She believes that data is most powerful when paired with lived experience and community wisdom. At GreenLight Fund, she is excited to help teams understand what is emerging, what matters most, and how to align decisions with meaningful and equitable impact. She is motivated by the idea that learning, when done with intention and humility, has the power to shift systems, strengthen organizations, and uplift communities.

Linda holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Peacebuilding from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Indiana University. Originally from the Midwest and now living in Denver, Linda enjoys celebrating her Hmong heritage through textiles and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
