Prior to joining GreenLight, Irfan was director of planning and analysis at Teach for America where he implemented strategies for tracking and managing major public grants. Prior to that, he worked developing programs that facilitated collaboration between researchers and clinicians at Harvard Medical School. His early career included teaching chemistry and engineering at Brookline High School and as a research scientist at Pfizer.
Along with his experience working in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors Irfan also brings with him a strong commitment to people-centric process management, and a dedication to societal improvement through the creation of opportunity.
Irfan holds an MEd from Harvard University and an MBA from Queen’s University.
