Greg Wise has more than 15 years of experience in the workforce development, justice, and economic mobility arenas. Throughout his career, he’s held increasingly impactful roles charged with advancing the adaptation and replication of innovative strategies at national multi-site organizations. He brings a unique 360-degree perspective to the work, with an approach that combines both operational and strategic leadership experience, and a proven commitment to equity grounded in a deep understanding of how systems of oppression have affected communities experiencing poverty.

Most recently, Greg served as the Managing Director of National Workforce Readiness for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In this role, he developed and implemented a Life & Workforce readiness strategy to advance youth outcomes and build organizational capability across over 5,000 communities.

Prior to that, Greg worked at STRIVE, an organization that creates pathways to life-changing opportunities through professional training and personal support. At STRIVE, as Vice President of Strategy and Growth, he oversaw new program development and expansion across their National Affiliate Network. He also led efforts to expand STRIVE’s impact in partnership with new communities, supporting the successful launch of new affiliate locations, including Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL and New Orleans, LA.

Earlier experiences include serving as the Director of Programs and Evaluation at StreetWise Partners, a career-readiness and mentoring program, where he worked to refine and standardize the program model across multiple sites in three states. Greg has also worked at one of New York City’s leading alternative-to-incarceration programs, the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES).
