Austin Spence Marketing & Communications Manager National Austin joined the GreenLight team in July 2024 as a Manager of Marketing and Communications. He holds a BA in Linguistics and History of Art from the University of Pennsylvania. Austin has spent his career leading marketing and communication efforts for mission-driven organizations at both local and national levels. His work focuses on utilizing content and data to increase engagement and build a larger, more active base of supporters. At the core of everything he does is a strong passion for making the world more equitable and accessible for all. Prior to joining the GreenLight team, Austin oversaw communications efforts for an online crowdfunding platform where he helped leaders across the country raise money for projects bringing positive change to their communities. Outside of work, he loves cooking and taking long hikes with his dog and husband.
