Denver

Jasi comes to GreenLight from her role as a Climate Initiatives Associate on the Nature-based Climate Solutions team at the City of Boulder, where she coordinated the community-wide “Cool Boulder” campaign. In that role, she worked alongside more than 60 nonprofit partners to strengthen local climate action through collaboration, communication, and shared strategy.

Jasi began her professional journey after college as an AmeriCorps member with the State & National program CivicSpark, an experience that grounded her commitment to public service and community-centered work. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. She brings to GreenLight a deep excitement for bolstering community resiliency in all its forms. With experience translating big-picture goals into accessible, community-driven action, she is especially drawn to GreenLight’s emphasis on listening, learning, and responding to what communities say they need. Jasi has also volunteered with several nonprofits across the Boulder and Denver area, including PLAY Boulder Tree Trust, Community Fruit Rescue, Denver Urban Gardens, Environmental Learning for Kids, and WeeCycle. Her commitment to service is her driving force – and her “why” for this work.

In her free time, Jasi enjoys hiking with her dog in the foothills, practicing yoga and exercising, spending time with family and friends, and baking
