Zsuzsa Williford

Zsuzsa joined GreenLight Fund in January 2023 and currently serves as Manager of Development Operations & National Events. In this role, she oversees national fundraising operations, donor data management, and supports GreenLight’s national fundraising events in Boston. Zsuzsa partners closely with site and national teams to streamline workflows in Salesforce, implement policies that strengthen data integrity, and support fundraising strategies that help secure investments for local communities across the GreenLight network.

Before joining GreenLight, Zsuzsa worked for nonprofits in the homeless services and childhood health spaces, where she built expertise in fundraising operations as a CRM administrator and established best practices for gift processing and donor data retention. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College in New York.

Outside of work, Zsuzsa enjoys traveling, baking and testing out new dessert recipes, exploring New York City’s restaurant scene, and spending time with her partner and their dog.
