Before joining the GreenlightFund in early January, Donald spent 12 years in leadership roles at the national non-profit Year Up. While at Year Up, he developed and led organization-wide efforts to increase the number of corporate internships offered to Year Up students across the country. Donald also designed and launched Year Up’s first ever campus-based program in Baltimore in 2010. He went on to lead Year Up’s National Program team and new city launches. Prior to joining Year Up, he spent several years as a management consultant as well as a leader with a variety of technology organizations.
Donald earned a B.A. from George Washington University, a General Certificate from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Donald lives in Needham with his wife Susan Retik and their four children.
