Caylin joined GreenLight as the Philadelphia Program Associate in 2014 with a strong passion for equitable urban development and community-driven social change in Philadelphia. Since her senior year of high school, she has actively participated in Philadelphia’s nonprofit community, gaining extensive experience in research and administrative support by working with various direct service, consulting and philanthropic organizations. Most recently, Caylin spent six months as a fellow at the national consulting firm Frontline Solutions, where she supported the Philadelphia office in their efforts to enhance the impact of nonprofit and public sector programs. Caylin received her BA in Urban Studies from Bryn Mawr College and spent her freshman year in Costa Rica, where she researched the role of gender in community development while working for the Costa Rican Humanitarian Foundation. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exploring her South Philadelphia neighborhood, and spending time with her husband, Jean, and rescue dog, Nacho.
